While we hope you never HAVE to know these things, we're glad you now do.
If you are experiencing pain or tenderness in your jaw, aching pain in and around your ear, difficulty in closing your mouth, or headaches you might have TMJ.

Which one are you not eating tomorrow at Thanksgiving dinner?
Happy Thanksgiving to you from all of us at......
1. Brush at least twice per day- sometimes that means bringing a toothbrush wherever life takes you throughout your day.
2. Floss once per day- flossing helps
remove unwanted food in your mouth that might be causing bad breath.
3. Don’t forget your tongue- Your tongue creates bacteria that might be causing a foul odor. Carefully brush with your toothbrush or buy a tongue scraper.
4. Stay hydrated- Caffeine and alcohol can dry out the mouth. Drink plenty of water throughout your day.
5. Schedule regular dental checkups- Twice a year preferably
When in doubt, talk to your dentist
about your situation.
